Great product and value!
This duplicator works as advertised and I appreciate it's simplicity and quality. It is very easy to use and is very fast, much easier than what I was having to do. Well worth the price.

dont see how these duplicators are a good price
when u can build a quad core barebone, with extra burners, for around same price, if u didnt have to add the burners to this , might be a good deal

It does what it was designed to do
Very simple user interface, great burn speed capabilities, and does not require a large footprint on the shelf. My eighty year old grandparents use this machine to duplicate their church sermons.

ERROR CODE
I have over 200 DVD's and I was hoping to back them up in case one gets damaged or destroyed. Every single disk CANNOT be copied. I kept getting a 209 Error Code. Copy protected masters cannot be duplicated. This product is worthless.

Fantastic ! Fabulous !
Works great!!! Spent an hour reading the instructions, and it worked perfectly first time and each time thereafter. Takes a minute to understand the software layout, but it is clear and understandable and logical. Used 'Autocopy' on 8X. Copied 120 discs in about 4 hours or so. 5 minutes per 3 copies. Load it, and they're done ! Tells you if it was successful or failed. (I used 3 discs that had a partial start burn from the computer when it had a problem of some kind and quit, as blanks, and they 'failed', I wasn't sure if they'd work or not, they didn't. But the duplicator had no problem after the 'fail'.) Next copy session was fine. Microboards makes a very excellent product !!! Highly recommend it !!! The software has many things it will do, more than I need. Machine is fairly quiet, and has a soft beep beep beep when finished.

Makes life so much simpler!
I used to put off making copies of DVDs at work because it was a bit of a hassle to do it through my primary computer when I'm in the middle of things - especially when I need multiple copies. Now it's so fast and easy, it's a pleasure. We have had no problems with this product and it is very user-friendly.

Excellent way to copy DVD
Received yesterday afternoon. Looked at the instruction booklet. This morning used the machine and beats all duplicators I have ever had. This is the way to go. Simple to operate.

Complete Novice Copies DVD's First Try
Plugged it in. Turned it on. Select COPY and hit ENTER. It works. Made 100 copies in one day while doing house work. Highly recommend.
