MAGNIFICENT VALUE!- After reading previous reviews the Acer's impressed me- I had the rare chance at the same computer w/screen at a sale locally-but if not I would've got this one-- This computer is unquestionably one of the best values out there for the money. For very low cost, I got a top brand, great quality and reliability, 160G Seagate SATA hard drive, 512 RAM and theres plenty of room for upgrades--- This is not a cheap throw-away-when-youre-done-with-it job-- It has a good quality case and also room for more RAM-(up to 2Gigs I think?)- another optical drive, more hard drives & 3 PCI slots along with a PCI-express slot & comes with a 300 watt Lite-on power supply. As with any serious upgrades, one would probably want to upgrade the power supply, but that's true of almost any upgrade especially involving a video card or larger chip etc-- If youre looking for a great deal grab this one - you will definitely get your moneys worth and then some- I did! -Tiger rules!

OK, i waited a while to test this 299 pc then post a comment. awesome deal for the money. iput a evga 6200 ddr2 8x video card for 40 bucks. after installing the cards new drivers it also has a temp monitor so u can see the temp the card gets up to. the pc case has a front and rear places u can ad a 92 or 88mm fans , that you need at least one exhaust in the back if u add a video card. the case has no case fan only a cpu fan. the sound card is great . and for price u better get it.

PERFECT MACHINE IN EVERY WAY -- Incredible bargain. Bought this to replace my Mom's old PC. We can't be more pleased. This machine is ULTRA-QUIET, too! Set-up is a breeze. I have been running this for several months 24-7, no problems. I don' know why some people rate this a 4-STAR, when their comments say 5-STAR! Tiger delivered this in two business days, which is also fantastic. You will not be unhappy with this purchase -- just go for it! Get'em before the supply runs out!

Great computer for the price. Bought one for my better half and the little one. Worked right out of the box. All components are decent (LiteOn optical drive, WD HDD, K8m800 motherboard, multi media card reader). I bought it because the motherboard has an AGP 8x slot - quite uncommon for a PC in this price category. After adding a GeForce 6200 graphics card and 1 gig of additional RAM, it almost keeps up with my primary rig (a one year old $2500 DIY screamer). I'd serioiusly recommend this PC to anyone who wants a great deal on a solid workhorse system.
