Designed specifically for Digital Video Recorder (DVR) users, the Harmony® 670 features convenient controls that make it easy to command TiVO®. and other popular DVRs. Absolutely no instructions included
No directions at all - Nothing was included but the cord. I am not a computer genius so loading and programming my Dish is not easy.

Lots of features. Less than simple setup.
Open box missing USB cable and manual. Remote in great shape, except for corroded battery terminal. Downloaded setup software not very forgiving of mistakes. Can't edit model number of TV, DVD, etc. Only fix I could find was to delete and start over. Overall, a neat toy with ability to mimic almost any individual remote.

good remote
This remote required some online software to allow for specific programming, but with the software it was a breeze. I bought this to control a receiver, blu-ray player, direct-tv converter, and the tv. I was able to set up the macro style program to use the receivers volume only and turn on only what i wanted on. very easy stuff, my wife was finally happy(for a minute).

awesome remote
This remote is fantastic!!easy to configure,easy on batteries,(Im using el-cheapo batteries and had them in my remote about a month so far.)and really stylish. Mine stays on all the time; but like I said,my el-cheapo batteries are still going strong in it. Dont be misled by the OS stated for it.I used Vista and got mine going.I downloaded the Haromny software from my buddies at c-net (I owe them mass cases of beer) and got it going in no time. Im Im kinda old myself (50). I have no problems seeing the buttons;the multi-color coded buttons on the top of the remote are all you need to watch tv or dvd.I had a flashlight nearby for my old remotes; no need for this baby.I love it.

It's an OK Product
Easy to program, but control of devices did not perform as programed. Reprogramed, but problems persisted.
