The BAFO's Direct-LinQ, USB file transfer cable is a unique cable allowing you to easily connect two computers with USB ports and instantly transfer files at great speed. The Direct-LinQ USB cable is your fast solution for peer-to-peer file transfer between two computers via the USB port. The cable provides true plug-and-play capability while transferring files at much greater speed than traditional file transfer products via serial or parallel port, up to 6M bits/sec can be achieved.
Direct-LinQ comes with an application program, a Windows Explorer-like user interface, provides drag-and-drop user friendly interface to transfer files. You simply plug in the Direct-LinQ cable and install the application software into your PC.

A lifesaver! Easier to use than a crossover cable. Connecting 2 PC's together isn't any easier that this USB cable. Easy to use Graphical User Interface (GUI) makes transferring data from one PC to another as simple as copy & paste and drag & drop! That's it! Easy to use for both amateurs and pro's. |

Works as advertised. Simple install. Worked perfect. I however was trying to do this on 2 computers with only one monitor. So simple enough to just boot up one computer, move the monitor plug to the other computer and run the the Linq program. |

The cable, software and process are all exactly as advertised. File transfer is simple and painless. I have used this cable on three different pairs of computers, using 98se and XP, flawlessly.

Yes, works as advertised. One panel shows both the local and remote PC. Just drag and drop. Would give it 5 stars if the directions for Win98 intall were correct. Driver location s/b

I have used this product to exchange files between several different computers using four different Microsoft Windows operating systems - 98SE, ME, 2000 Professional and XP Home Edition. The setup is easy and quick - simply load the drivers on each machine that you want to use this on, load the PC-Linq software and start using it. Just plug in the USB cable to both machines, click on the PC-Linq icon on each machine and a file transfer window opens up on both machines identifying the two PC's as |
