Great Comfortable Headphones

Killer Phones
Typical, received item in record time. When received, the headphone cord was malfunctioning. Quick e-mail to manufacturer, and had a no-hassle replacement in less than a week. End result, VERY happy with the support AND the product!

Great--for the price
This set is highly effective at blocking out street noise, and the price was unbelievably low for decent noise reducing headphones. I'm still even on my first set of batteries, despite having used them to fly from New York to Doha to Bangkok to Bali to Singapore to Hong Kong to San Francisco and back to New York, where they've additionally been daily commuters for weeks. The tradeoff: the volume control wheel on the cord is so sensitive that brushing against it with your clothing will send you a crushing sonic blast. No problem, I replaced the cable. The joints on the folding frame aren't particularly well made, and are loose after only a few weeks. Finally, the treble performance is really poor. Mid and bass are fine, but there's just no crispness to the sound. If you want good noise reducing phones but just don't have the cash, they are an acceptable alternative.

Great deal .. refurb poor job
Great headphones no question. Unfortunately the refurb wasn't well done and it arrived with a bad volume control that occasionally leaves only one side working. Not worth the hassle to return.

Good for the price
I bought these headphones refurb for 25$. Cant find noise cancelling headphones for that price. However, you cant use these without the NC feature on because the sound is horrible. Sound is ok when the NC is on but there is a slight hissing. Acceptable for my taste considering the extremely low price.
