Works Great - Screw Terminals not easily removed

Device works great using the prolific driver. Tested on Windows Embedded Standard 7. Only complaint is that the screw terminals beside the 9 pin connector don't screw out. A pair of snub nose pliers and a little muscle solves the problem though.

A good replacement

I bought this to replace an older Prolific USB adapter that wouldn't work in W7. I had to grind off the end barrels to get it to plug into the computer. Surprisingly, W7 loaded the driver for the Prolific adapter and the Sabrent adapter worked just fine.

Just the ticket

Great product works on Mac and Windums. Comes with a driver disc. No problems no issues. Save your disc. I had an older product and couldn't get a driver for it on line. Delivery took about 10 days postal. If I order another I will specify UPS

Hard to setup, working well.

I used this adapter to interface a PAKRATT 232 (ham radio equipment) to a laptop running Win XP. The called for settings (300-7-E-1) did not work. However, 1200-8-N-1 does work. It shouldn't, but does. The product is working better than expected. Thanks. W9GWZ
