A good board with all the slots one could need. However there seems to be a known issue with this board getting to POST. A firmware upgrade was required because the board had an issue with the ram installed, the tech support reps will tell you to hold down memok but sometimes it requires an update from a USB drive before the board is usable... This is the most problematic board I have used in many years, but once I updated it runs fine and has so many features that it is hard to fault. Overall I like the board.

Just one minor issue

Excellent board with SSD caching and overclocking software support make this board quite the performance value for the latest 2011 socket type. Overclocked to 4.2 GHz, but regularly set at 3.98, which is smokin'! Only one build issue, which is some ethernet driver thing that I just cannot find. Will contact customer support far that one. Cost ASUS a star in the quality column....but I'd buy it again!

Good board

I had stability issues when fully populating the DIMM slots on this board (8x4G). Cannot post the rest of my review because the website claims it contains web links, the names of specific companies, or special characters, even though it doesn't. In the end, the features and performance are great, but this has been my most problematic build yet.
