Works For Me
Got this ordered because my 80 GB Playstation 3 was running low on storage space, and I wanted to stash my music, video, install games, including the monstrous Gran Turismo 5. I was never too knowledgeable about the physical installing process, so I had to hire someone who was to do it for me. The hard drive made a perfect fit for my console. The multi-step backup process was rather tedious, but getting it completed I really felt like I gave my console the overhaul it so desperately needed. I was staggered by the huge storage space, 1 TB which is around 1000 GB! I can now do things I could never think, feel free to go stir crazy adding tons of music and video to make the PS3 the multi-media beast it was meant to be! Recommended.

got this for my ps3
did a lot of research and came across this hdd because i needed more storage space in my ps3 this drive is worth the time this hdd was one of the 3 i came across at a good price that was 9.5mm thick usely anything over 500gigs is usely 12.2 or 12.5mm thick and wont fit in the ps3's hdd tray so this one is great its not noisy runs fast for being a 5400rmp

Got this drive to upgrade the one in my wife's laptop. Used GParted to migrate everything to the new drive, and all went perfectly
