I LOVE THIS ITEM
I would this purchase this model unit again and recommend it to all of my friends,sound quality is the best. I perfer Bose over Plantronic best unit I ever owned. There is only one draw back, needs a stronger battery for more talk time. I currently have a right side unit, considering purchasing a left side unit also

THE BEST BLUETOOTH EVER
I love this!! I lost my last Bose bluetooth and I had to get another one it's the only one I will ever buy again! the sound and quality is unbeatable! I love how it fits in your ear at first I was worried it would not stay in but it did even when I shake my head and is so much more comfortable. very user friendly anyone can use it. the only down side is that it costs so much but is worth it.

Better than the rest
Got this for my sister as a birthday present and after testing it, the sound quality is a whole lot better than the last one she had, not perfect but i am realizing that there is no such thing in this throw away world.

The Best
Lost my other Bose blue tooth, I will only buy Bose good sound quality and people on the other end of my conversation can't believe Iam using a blue tooth.
