Great monitor for small desks.
I needed a small monitor to go under the top of my antique roll-top desk, 12'' clearance. This monitor fits with room to spare! I had only a little bit of trouble getting my computer to recognize it. My only real complaint is that there isn't a power button. It's a shame it's no longer available.
A portable monitor for under 100 bucks? perfect
I am pleased with them monitor. It fits in the laptop sleeve I already had and is great when traveling to have the additional screen real estate. I do wonder why they chose the mini usb instead of the micro which is far more prevalent these days for attachment to the monitor but it is not all that big a deal. I just have an extra cord to worry about... resolution is quite good and it was recognized by the OS without issue.
Great Extra Monitor for under $100,00
I have had this monitor since the summer. I Have to send alot of attached photo's in emails.
So the photo's are placed on this monitor, while my main monitor has the emils. It cuts my time by 50%. As per changing the icons, once you have your settings correct, your icons never move. So it was between getting a touch screen or this. Get a touch screen laptop and this AOC Monitor and you are set. Also this monitor can be carriered on the job any where. Great tool.
It changes the icons on my main machine
I will never use this and was a waste of $. I am a sales rep and do presentations with my laptop and thought this would be more professional for my clients to view. I have 100 icons on the desktop that I need - every time you connect this monitor it scrambles them all up - unacceptable
Mobile Monitor
This monitor is very nice for a hundred dollars it does everything expected. The color quality is good bowever brightness is less than my laptop screen on full bright and when there is many things happening kn the monitor the frame rate slows, whether that is my laptop or the monitor i dont know. Overall i like it and am glad i bought it as it will be really handy in college this fall. Quick and easy second monitor.
