Iogear 2-Port KVM Switch with Peripheral Sharing Capability
The Dual View GCS1742 USB KVMP Switch brings dual head video functionality to
Iogear's USB KVM switch technology. Now two dual-display computers can be accessed
and controlled from a single console that consists of a USB keyboard, USB mouse,
and two VGA, SVGA, or Multisync monitors. In addition, the GCS1742 allows the
computers to share USB peripherals connected to the USB peripheral ports, such
as printers, scanners, portable hard drives, etc.
Recognizing the importance of sound, this switch is also audio-enabled. A single microphone can provide audio input to each of the computers, and you can enjoy the audio output of each computer on a single set of speakers.

Nice Switch
I had trouble recognizing all my devices with the less expensive switches. This one plugged in and everything worked right away. The fact that they include all the cabling is a bonus. Very nice product.

Exactly what I was looking for
The sound transport from each PC is a bonus, and I have not tested that since I don't need it, but I'm confident it works based on the performance of the rest of it. It comes with all the cables you need, which are unique to this device, you cannot use any regular VGA or USB cables. I marked the value down to 4 because I was hoping to spend around $150 instead, but it is still worth it if you need dual monitor and USB support. The way it acts as a USB hub to allow up to 2 devices (maybe more with another hub) to be shared on both PCs is actually convenient. And the reason why I marked the performance down to 4 is because sometimes it takes my mouse a bit longer to transfer. It always works, it is just delayed before my mouse is recognized. Overall, recommended.
