I decided to buy this tv because of the reviews. The tv itself is good but all the bad stuff that you read are all true and you must be ready the remote is god awful, the problem with resetting is very anoying especially for CSI fans where they do special effects for the lab work, and the tv uses a five digit code (10748) for the remote so most universals don't work. All the good stuff said are true though and most of the problems can be worked around the reseting might be because of the HD source, and you just need to make sure to get a remote that can use five digit codes. |

Nice Monitor! I said monitor because I will rarely use the TV function since it is hooked up to my PC. I replaced side by side 19'' LCD's with this bad boy and my BattleField 2 opponents are experiencing the difference. I have turned on the Picture in Picture function and checked out the TV while playing but it was just in the way. It's nice to know I have that feature in case I decide to do any work. You cannot beat the price for the features of this unit. I am still trying to set the resolution properly in WinXP but I will figure it out. At 1024x768 it looks awesome so I can imagine what it will be like at 1366x768. These reviews are what sold this thing for me!! Get It! |

Maybe I should give this product a 6-star rating, because I have figured out how to use the remote control. My TV is as great as others had got. At the beginning, my remote control did not work either. After many tries including changing the batteries, I figured out that the code was not set or wrong set before it was packaged into the box. Then, I looked into the code chart provided in the instruction book, tried more than a dozen of codes under the TV of Hisense and finally found out the code works best for me, which is around 589. Then I also used this universal remote control and set up for my DVD player. It also works! Hope this helpful.

Looked at a lot of 32'' HD-LCDs before purchasing this one. This one is far superior to any I have seen! Just the right size for my office! Fantastic video quality from digital satellite and DVDs. Look forward to getting HD sat reciever for this. Appearance excellent, sound not bad, remote works fine for me! I like the individual input selection buttons on remote as opposed to page through formate. Only problem is I haven't got the universal remote to work with my DirectTV receiver yet. I'm sure there is a code out there for this, but Hisense customer support as not yet answered my e-mails? That concerns me a little? This TV is an excellent value, especially with the rebate! |

Very nice TV. Remote is Mickey Mouse. No code for HiSense so need to use 2 remotes- one for digital box- Mickey Mouse one for sound. Very good value price wise. Still waiting for rebate even though they say it will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks to Paypal- my rebate approval was approved late October- still waiting. The email address they give to inquire when you phone- support@onrebate.com brings back mail undeliverable. |
