This purchase was a bit of a dissappointment. The unit itself appears to work fine but is pretty slow plus appears to require that you be logged in to the computer to nurse it along. We're still digging into the features and hope to find some saveable settings that allow you to copy and scan docs without having to be logged into the computer so anyone can copy or scan docs then get them off a shared folder (ideally how it should work for office automation).
