I now have tow of the NEC ND3520, in my opinion it is an awlsome drive. No matter what I put in these drives it burns it, haven't created any coasters yet. What prompted me to by this the NEC is that I own the 2500 which is a 8X drive I had tried to purchase a another drive at one of the computer shows (Thought I was getting a bargain) and had nothing but problems with it. The vendor wasn't any help at all, in an attempt to return it there was nothing but drama, I should have stuck with what I knew. I end up using that drive as a reader. Through the years I ahve done my share of business with Tiger Direct and I'm very happy to be considered one of there customer.
