good product but wrong description
The product is good overall. TV quality is quite reasonable for a monitor but not the best. I was looking for PIP capability. Samsung website and the link to Samsung from This site showed that this monitor has PIP capability that is inaccurate. After spending a long time with different Samsung reps, finally they acknowledged misleading information and agreed to refund the money but said that it will be a long process. Unfortunately,Wrong description on samsung website is the reason why I can't give five star rating to the product.

No sound hookup!
This is a great TV, with great picture quality. Lots of hookups for various devices. But no headphone or sound jack to add headphones or stereo sound!

No Audio Out, No VGA
The only complaint that I have is that this MTV (Monitor-Television) does not have Audio Out. The only way is to use the HDMI connections. What if I just want to plug in a set of Headphones? By the way if you read the Product Description that I did, It does not mention Audio Out, or a VGA connection. I hope that everyone is on the same page? That is why I rated it a 5 because it does what it is advertised to do.

It's a TV not a monitor
My husband asked for this for Christmas, thinking it was a computer monitor. When it arrived, we discovered that it's really a television. Yes, it even has a remote control. Back it went without being opened.
