I like the fact that the UPS interfaces with my iMac's operating system. The software that came with it was just for Windows, but Apple's Leopard system immediately recognized the UPS when I hooked it up, and I was able to set the computer to automatically shut itself down if running on battery backup when the battery gets down to 50%. |

We have problems here with electricity service
blinks on and off for no reason. This product has already paid for itself! Suits my needs perfectly.
Spent a little more than I had planned definitely worth it. |

Quick install, easy to run.
I liked the self test feature which gives you an idea of how long it will run w/o power.
Had a power outage a few weeks ago - no problem, it kept running until power came back on. Wanted to see the shutdown operation, but power wasnt off long enough to check it out.

Second time around (the first order was DOA) the replacement is great with the 8 outlets to keep all I am running safe & what I need on battery back-up.

Works Great!. The software is easy to install and connects easily through the USB. The battery lasts approximately 12 minutes with my 500watt computer, 20'' LCD screen and an external HDD. |

I bought this for my new PC and it works great. With everything plugged into the battery side (2 20'' LCDs, PC, and Logitech Z-5500 speakers) I get 12 minutes before the battery is dead, but for the amoutnt of power my system consumes that is great for a battery backup. |

I bought two of these on special for $49.99. One for my PC and one for the livingroom (46'' HDTV, XBOX 360, etc.). Excellent value! I was able to plug everything with the 8 outlets provided (4 are spaced out to fit those transformer adapters) and the software is very handy! Shuts down your computer when the battery is low(only for WinXP though)! I feel much better knowing everything is protected and I'm thinking of even getting a third one (even if it's not on special)! A good value and I would highly recommend this for anyone with sensitive electronics! |

I have the six outlet version (500VA) of this same product. It has saved me more times than I can count. The software is easy to set up and understand.
My only problem is that it is a little too small to handle more than one computer at a time.
