The GIGABYTE GA-A55M-S2V AMD A-Series Motherboard is the right motherboard if you are building a Micro ATX computer. The GIGABYTE GA-A55M-S2V AMD A-Series Motherboard is compatible with AMD A and E2 series of APUs (accelerated processing unit), which is configured for small form factor computers.
This motherboard supports DDR3 memory, and it can accommodate two graphics card simultaneously. The GIGABYTE GA-A55M-S2V AMD A-Series Motherboard comes with the integrated AMD APU Graphics with DirectX 11 support so you can achieve visual acceleration out of the box. It also has a RAID support so you can maximize the security and performance of your system.

Could be better
Bought this board for my A8 3870k. Had to update the bios to keep from crashing every ten minutes. Also, with only 4 on board usb ports adding devices is a bit of a hassle, specially since both my keyboard and mouse are usb.

Extremely Disappointed
This is the third motherboard in a row I purchased from you that was dead on arrival. I used to be able to rely on you for at least semi adequate quality but this is horrible!

Strange animal
Of the many motherboards I've used to build barebone kits this is the only motherboard that used only two (2) pins for CMOS. All my other boards came with a three (3) pin setup and a jumper to use to clear CMOS. Needless to say with a two (2) setup (and no supplied jumper) when I would need to clear CMOS it's up to me to locate a jumper in my spare parts box.
