I would not recommend this product. They shipped the printer to me and right out of the box I had problems. I called TigerDirect because I bought the warranty with the printer, they said it still was under manufacturer's warranty so I called HP, I had to ship my brand new broke printer back to them so that they would send me a new. When the new on arrived hooked it up. Great right, no. First of all, I installed it as a network printer it is connected straight to my router. Bad idea. For some reason my desktop can praint from it, but my two laptops also on the network won't print to it, they did at first sometime now they won't at all. Who has time to reload the software on these computers all the time. THere is no quick install, installation takes like an hour, no exaggeration. Finally, everytime the you print to the machine it says paper jam. you push ok twice the jam clears and the print job finishes with out a problem, but this is everytime you print to it. Thats annoying, |

this unit is easy to set up, follow the instructions and it practically does it by itself. the quality and performance is outstanding. even registering it is even easier.it is also pleasing to look at.it has so many features that are usable.i will connect it to my home network and see how it goes, considering everything i don't think there will be any problems. this unit is great. |

Stay away not only from this printer but from any HP product. I tried to connect through the network, it wouldn't work. Contacted tech ''support'', after an hour nothing was fixed. Installed on USB so gave up the network and am having trouble. After two hour long calls, no solution. The ''support'' in India are nice and polite and know nothing about the product or how to solve problems. |

This all in one does everything that I need for my 4 computer home network and works really well for me when I am using my wireless laptop. I purchased this to replace another 5 year old all in one (45XI) Also the networking capiblity is great for me now that I dont have to leave a host computer on. |
