Garmin International is pleased to announce the GPS 10 Deluxe with Bluetooth wireless technology. This 12 parallel
channel, WAAS-enabled sensor receives GPS satellite signals and wirelessly transmits them to a mobile device to give
you navigation capabilities.
The GPS 10 Deluxe contains software that adds navigation capabilities to a Windows Mobile device or PC laptop. In
addition, you get the MapSource City Select North America CD, which provides mapping detail that can be downloaded
to your mobile device for route planning and in-vehicle navigation. When using the included navigation software and
detailed maps with a compatible mobile device, you will get unique navigation functions, including address & attraction
lookup.
What is Bluetooth?
Bluetooth is a radio technology developed to deliver short-range wireless
mobility. Bluetooth eliminates cables/wires /cords between devices, such
as mobile phones and headsets, and provides services when devices are in
close proximity to one another. Bluetooth facilitates fast, secure transmissions
of both voice and data, even when the devices are not in line-of-sight.
