Product OK, Acer support not so good
Product is a mid range desktop and seems to be OK. We had a problem with the wired LAN and the Internet. Problem was isolated to system. Acer support was the worst I have ever experienced -- wanted me to spend money to diagnose the problem. Finally they issued a RMA for factory repair -- took 10 days. Never again -- buy from an organization that will actually support and service what they sell.

deal
have not sufficiently tried out computer yet and am coming to terms with using windows 7, but am pleased with the product offered. The system is slow at the moment, but in all fairness, it is probably as a result of where we live, as the service is third world..............

wonderful machine
i love this machine i like the HDMI PORT now i can hook my ASUS led monitor VE247H 2rms very fast and even can play black ops on the machine had it now for about 3 months

Great computer for a Great price!
I purchased 2 of these computers to replace some old and failing computers. Was so happy with the first two, I bought a 3rd. Funny to watch people try to figure out how to open the disc tray. The button is on the right side of the case. Lots of very nice features for a reasonable price, too! I hope these hold up for 7 or 8 years, like the old HP's I just replaced!

Good product excellent price
Performs beautifully, CD latch awkward, USBs located on top makes location of PC critical to provide access. Overall a good machine at a reasonable price. Audio quality good for an integrated system
