This is an AWESOME!!! mobo. The price is great the performance is good and the installation is quick and easy. This is a great mobo for someone like me who is a gamer and has a great video card that runs on AGP 8x(the card is the ATI Radeon 9800 XT). I've got 4MB of overlocking dual channel on this baby and it runs smooth. Plus i got an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz w/ HT 64 bit processor and its awesome! All i had to do was flash the BIOS and it supported the processor perfectly. Great deal I recommend it to everyone!!!

As usual with Asus, rock solid. I am running an Intel 530 3.0G with 2 gig of ram and a Raptor 74. Unbelievable!!!! The lack of PciE is the very reason I selected this board, I already had a good AGP and DDR 400 Memory. Even overclocked at 10% when encoding video and 100% processor usage for 30 minutes or so the processor temp never exceeds 112F with the standard Intel heatsink and fan, of course i have a 3 fan power supply and an intake and exhaust fan on the case. Only drawback for some I can see is no firewire and make sure you have a 24 pin power plug. Great Board for a C note or less.

Very nice motherboard. This motherboard has the ability to clock the CPU up to 30% including memory, FSB, and CPU utilization. My computer currently runs at 3.4GHz on a 3.0 530 Intel Chip with a FSB of 900MHz. Its very stable right now, but when I start to play games, it crashes. It could be the processor overheating, or the graphics card unable to handle it (never tried out my new one [geforce 6600]). I can't wait until I can afford Water Cooling!

Asus did something with the 865PE chipset here, this thing has serious memory bandwidth, beat a FX-55 in Everest memory benchmark(5400 read) with my 530j and cheap pc3200(CL2.5). It's very stable, the BIOS can almost take care of it's self, and it's a flash away from 64 bit CPUs. It's old tech, at top-of-the-line performance.
