One month on - very good so far
only problem I had was with the initializing. When I set it up, I got only so far into tha basic set-up, and I got stuck. Not sure whether it was me or the machine. I called HP and we walked through possible problems. I made the minor adjustments he recommmended, and got it going ok. I've haven't used it heavily so far. (fax not at all) but the rest seems good quality. Jerry R.

Great Printer!
Our Canon printer up and died, just out of warranty... I had HP printers before....so I ordered the Pro 8600. It has turned out to be a great printer...works as advertised, and does it fast as well. Unlike our previous printer I was able to connect our two laptops operating on different OS's through our home wifi network. Scan images are very sharp, as are the copies! I highly recommend this printer both for home as well as office use.

Great Machine at a Great Price
My 5 yr. old color laser printer had served me well but now needed a new drum and color cartridges at a cost of some $320. Instead, I opted for a brand new HP Pro 8600 at half the cost. Great decision as, it not only has ''all-in-one'' features,the print speed is faster and the print quality is better than the laser was. Real, real happy with it.

great value
got the printer on sale, shipped out immediately, recived it days later. Wireless works flawlessly, interfaces with my wife's ipad just fine. wonderful replacement for our cannon ip2600 relic!

Could not be more pleased.
A lot of features in a small footprint. Replaced a HP printer that just won't quit. Great value and performs well but I sure do miss product manual.

Quick and Easy Setup
So far, this printer is worth every penny. It is an exceptional value and I can't believe all the features. I especially like the fact that I can scan directly to my NAS drive or a thumb drive and the duplex feature is a really nice touch especially for the price.

Good value
We love the printer. Setup on the wireless has been a chalenge. Not necessarily plug and play. I may need to read the instructions on this one...

Great So Far
Hooked it up on shared LAN and have all devices both LAN and WiFi attached printing to it. eprint feature is very nice
