The software bundle includes an Automated Attendant for switchboard assistance, a flexible Audio Bulletin Board for general information, Fax-On-Demand for automatically faxing brochures and other printed material, a Form Filler for surveys, requesting catalogs and placing orders, and a Data Locator for inquiring about account balances or other database information.In addition to these telephony solutions, the suite features enhanced call center applications such as Estimated Wait Time, Position In Queue and Dynamic Announcements for callers in queue to improve customer service. Also included in the bundle are the drivers to provide CTI (screen pop) functionality. Several stand alone self-service Web applications are included - a 10-Page Template Web Site, CallMeBackNow! for connecting Web browsers with company staff, FaxMeBackNow! for online Web document retrieval, and Web Forms and Web Locators (automatically generated when the telephone Form Filler and Locators have been configured). 24 RTU Port License (expandable to 192).
