I’ve had mine for about 4 months, and I have to say they are better than OK. I’m impressed with the value. I did end up replacing the 10” sub with an old Rockford Fosgate (note: you will have to grind the cabinet to make it fit) and now the lows and mids sound excellent! Definitely worth the money, but if you’ve got $250+ to spend on speakers you may want to keep looking. -- just my $0.02 |

You wouldnt believe the amount of compliments I get on a weekly basis on these speakers. Yeah it does thump but the highs could be better! I know I spent my money wisely with no regrets on this speaker system concidering my budget. I love Tigerdirect! |

I agree with John in a few areas.
I've had my set for about a year now. Lots of time to test... ya know.
The cons:
My center leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to match, or more precisely, be controlled by the front L/R... at a lesser volume. Software improvement I hope... to control individually/separately.
The overall frequency response lacks on the high-end. The extremely highs, like cymbal crashes, just are not crisp enough to my desired taste.
The pros:

The bass kicks butt...
Note to John... Software controls... have you adjusted any settings? EQ, EAX, etc.
Mine THUMP!!!!
The lighted pod is AWESOME. The blue LEDs match my Saitek illuminated keyboard and satellite modem colors (LED's).
So cool in the dark!
Frequency response is adequate for most individuals in most scenarios.
Movies/DVDs sound incredible... situation does not rely tremendously on the very high frequencies.

I'm sorry but the bass is terrible. I guess thats because I came from using a good one that I connected on my old 2.1 setup. The amp on the 2.1 had a spot that I could just plug the bass into, this on doesnt. The center speaker is really terrible, on mine at least, cant hardly hear it even on full volume. And sure these are loud, but the sound just isnt clear. I should have gone with a better known company. I dont recommend these to anyone who has the money for better speakers. |

These are the best 140 Watt speakers I have seen. Great bass and I really like the control. |

Watch out Logitech and Klipsch, these Cyber Acoustics are giving you a run for your money. Crystal Clear sound. Maybe not as great as the Klipsch but consider the $263 Difference! Great speaker system. I was originally going to by the Logitech Z-5500 ($220) but after I tried it out at a different store, the sound quality was not worth the money. But these are the best! |

This system rocks the house. The sound is clean and loud. By far this is the best value for your money. I researched all the rest before I purchased these. I was a skeptic. Now I am a true believer. I promise you for the money these speakers rival Klipsch, Logitech, and what ever others. I love my music loud and without distortion. This system handles it all. It is your money spend it wisely. I promise you will not be dissapointed. |
