I have had this unit since 2008 and I did not pay 372.99 for it. Not saying that I mind my electronics to hold their value (or even increasing in value, but WOW! Hope it holds up like it has been for the past 2 years or I will be without it. On the good side of things it has godlike power. The old saying, if it's too loud, you're too old, does not apply to this unit! I am 25 and after about 3 minutes on COD4 at 50% volume, I had to turn it down! Sounded almost like shooting my AK for real. Also used it at my wedding reception and 33% volume was too loud for my guests. Great product, at not such a great price. |

I had a Klipch ProMedia 2.1. I would not have upgraded except for the fact that I though 1 of the speakers was going out. After dealing with a couple home theater wire jiggling acts I decided it was time to get a new HTPC speaker system. The Klipsch turned out to be fine, it was a connector issue.
My experience with this speaker system has been amazing. The satelites sound every bit as good as the Klipsch, despite the fact the logitech system only has built in tweeter functionality into it's mid range only satelites, instead of an actual tweeter in the satelites. The Sub is a whole new level of awesomeness. I was always pleased with the Klipsch sub, but the logitech definately has more of a presence in all bass ranges. That's not to say it's overbearing... It's just full. The system truly shines when I am watching a blue ray, or playing my PS3.
I researched exhaustively before buying. You won't find a better set of 5.1 speakers around. It is worth the investment. |

Ive had it for about 3 weeks now and i must say its been absolutely amazing! Sound quality is amazing, and subwoofer deffinetly produces more then adiquet bass! Only problem ive had so far is that my sub for some reason wont hit any of the low's. Besides that its well worth the money! |

I had Bose speakers and had one go bad, so I bought the Logitech Z 5500 speakers, They have the best sound I have ever heard.
Try them and you will be happy! |

I bought these after getting the Fatal1ty Titanium sound card.
After fiddling with the settings,the sound is simply amazing.
Quite a step up from the 540's. |
