no sound quality loss
I couldn't detect any quality loss in the sound when splitting the signal, I use a 5.1 Creative Labs portable sound card on a old eMachine with a Merc Stealth keyboard which then splits the signal between Fatal1ty headphones and Altec-Lansing desktops with no detectable loss whatsoever. Pretty good for 4 bucks!

Worth the Money
Great product for the price. Lets my kids and grandson watch the DVD player together when traveling. Also lets them share music when one IPhone dies.

YUP
There really good i use them at lot when i travel with my friends and if some ones iPod dies we have this splitter to share music with one another and it doesn't really reduce the quality of the music that much its hardly noticeable so i give this two thumbs way up
