BWG OnSite/Express Repair Plan Our On-Site Service Plans provide repair service at your home or workplace for selected products, all repairs are conducted at your home or office OR they'll pick up your defective product, repair it at an authorized service center and return the repaired item to your door. You will be instructed to call the Support Line toll-free to arrange for a convenient service time.

BWG Product Replacement Plan, For Refurbished Laptops and most products under $500, if your product fails to operate properly for any covered reason you will receive a new or remanufactured product of like kind and quality or a Gift Card for the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, handling and taxes. A onetime shipping charge may apply.

BWG Depot Repair Plan on New Laptops over $300 and Projectors, PDAs, and GPS systems over $500, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your location for use in returning the defective product, it will be picked up from your home or workplace, fixed at an authorized service center and the repaired item will be returned to you. You may be required to package the product and return it to one of our authorized service centers for shipping.
