Solid Switch

We had an older 24pt netgear router, but when we were upgrading our server to one with gigabit speed, we redid our network with cat 6 and this router. SMOOTHEST SWITCHOVER EVER. It just works.

Worth the money

The switch is very much plug and play. It does have a fan but its not any louder then a performance PC with all it's fans going. Now is it something I would want right under my feet all day? No but if its in a rack you wont notice it any more then anything else. The network speed in my network increased greatly. I was running on an Linksys WRT600N (wireless and only 4 ports) alone and just switching out cables as needed (Not any fun). I would recommend this product to a friend as of right now, but as for how long it will last that will be the test that only time will tell.
