Good but not great
Product is easy to set up, and even with an outdated DOCSIS 2.0 modem, still produces 150mbps download via wifi connection. Plenty of ports, and in essence does all i'd expect. Only problem, is that the router DOES NOT pick up on all my devices (All my devices dont detect it). Most my phones will (s3 and note II) but my laptop wont, nor will my tablets (tab 2)

we dont have a laptop or home computer so it was really easy for us to set up using our smartphones but we did need to purchase a cell phone booster for range, works great everywhere in house for telus but not rogers.

Reliable WiFi connections
It might seem obvious, but the router I replaced (an old Dlink DIR-615) was constantly dropping connections. This Netgear router is rock solid and I never had to reboot it once since I had it. It does what it's supposed to do. The dual band feature is nice. I can run my old hardware on the 2.4 band along the newer hardware on the 5.0 band. I'm a happy camper!

Don't use for VoIP
A seemingly great product, fast set-up, increased the speed of our network but when it came to VoIP it was a complete failure. Missed calls, re-routed calls and un-registered phones. The sad part is that the phone has a pre-set configuration for VoIP routing. Will not be a netgear user again. Anybody want a slightly used access point?
