I bought this cooler, installed it and there was nothing but problems from that point. Refilling the coolant every month, Anti-freeze is not supposed to evaporate but it seemed like every month the liquid was low. My Computer operated at temperatures so high that it actually heated the room it was in the CPU Temp was higher than normal. After about 5 months of use, the device developed a leak. Kingwin sent a replacement, but the results were much the same. If you want effective cooling stick with a good fan, liquid cooling for me was a mistake.

I bought this unit a year and 6 months ago and I've been pretty happy with it. It's awkward to fill the reservoir (which you have to do usually once a month) because of the way the filler opening is positioned. I've had to replace the front bezel twice because the LEDs quit working on them. They replaced the first one free (one year warranty) but I had to pay $12 + shipping for the second. The third bezel has a different hookup than the first two, so I have to unsolder a piece to make it work. Even with all that, the unit definitely cools my gear better than air coolers and looks pretty snazzy. It's also nice to have a thermoresistor reading right on the front of the display. Their customer service has actually been top notch, and I have absolutely no complaints there. In summary, if you're looking for a decent watercooling solution and a small price footprint, this unit is great.

I found this kit at my frineds house and he told me it was a peace of crap and it leaked at the lcd screen but the only promblem is the main radiator and pump. I only took the water blocks ,second radiador and the pipes and all i have to do is get a water pump and it worked so well mine was a p4 2.4ghz idle is 34c and load is 41c. LOL

I have gone through 4 of these units, i Found that the pump lasts just over a year if run 24/7 as my systems are, I have one server left with this cooler and it is just over a year old so I expect it to fail soon then I will be out of the water cooling... They are good for heat surges like when playing games but for server or terminal use, a high quality fan and heat sink will out cool and out last th liquid cooler hands down.

After purchasing this system, I discovered it was not the most user friendly device to install, and once it began working I noticed the LCD screen is hardly any use at all. There is nothing to the display, there are no settings to be changed, the only thing you can do is speed up the fan associated with the water tank. Not even six months later, the pump died. Calling customer service was a joke, it took them 6 weeks to return an email, and they didn't bother to take the time to make any sense in their reply. Once again the part has died on me and I haven't had the replacement pump for six months this time. The coolant solution they package has clumped together in the processor block and inhibits water to flow do not buy this system. It has been nothing but a problem for me and I will never again use Kingwin for anything.
